The MOD pocket guide to quality “Quality in your pocket” draws its definition for quality from ISO 9000:2015. The definition of quality in ISO 9000:2015 is ““The degree to which a set of inherent characteristics of an object fulfils requirements”. The pocket guide also draws on the quality management principles set out again in ISO 9000:2015 for use.
Government Quality Assurance or GQA requirements contains of multiple activities to be applied by the MOD covering acquisition activities at all levels. GQA acquisition is made up of the following stages
